The concept and sketches, which were made in partnership with the visualization firm Pictown in Poland, also include a proposal for a tram on the outer perimeter ring. Twenty roomy pods with a top speed of 100 km/h would also take passengers around the Downtown Circle while providing 360-degree city views.
